In this video, Rabbi Chaim Brovender discusses other prayers we say during Shacharit and Maariv, which contain words of devotion to Talmud Torah, and give thanks to God for enabling us to learn Torah. If one has not said Birkat HaTorah yet, these prayers are in lieu of Birkat HaTorah.
